PABLO PICASSO: FORM, SIGN, GENIUS
Spanning more than seventy years of uninterrupted activity, Picasso experimented with and mastered every engraving technique.
Through works from his most famous series, this exhibition highlights Picasso’s genius ability to translate the most disparate forms of human expression into images.
For this exhibition, museums may choose from a selection of 300 works representing Picasso’s three most famous series of engravings: La Suite des Saltimbanques (Acrobats), Carmen, and La Tauromaquia (Bullfighting).
